Car Parking Charges in Blaby.
It would appear that despite strong opposition from local people, Blaby District Council have decided to ignore our views and start charging for car parking in Blaby.
It beggars belief that a council that is trying to bring life back into Blaby would do such a thing.
Why are our views not actioned, they are after all our elected representatives are they not?

Andrew Robathan fights for farmers market in Blaby.

Andrew Robathan has set an adjournment debate at Westminster to discuss the restrictive practice of Leicester City Council, who under some long forgotten charter want to charge Blaby £300 for the priviledge of holding a farmers market.
